Marrying Cultures at the RSA Annual Meeting

Marrying Cultures will be presenting a panel at the 61st Annual Meeting of the Renaissance Society of America in Berlin on 26-28 March 2015. The panel is entitled ‘Women on the Move: Gender, Dynasty, and Modes of Cultural Transfer in Premodern Europe’ and will include three papers:

• ‘Margaret of Austria in Florence, 1536’ by Dr Catherine Fletcher, University of Sheffield
• ‘Anne Boleyn on the Move’ by Dr Deanne Williams, York University
• ‘A Cosmopolitan Queen: Cultural Transfer at Luise Ulrike’s Court’ by Dr Elise Dermineur, Lund University
